Founder Denise Kenny comments on The Head Plan, “I always had a clear vision about where I wanted to go in life and have always journaled, yet I really struggled with how to get there. I find it difficult (like everyone) to find the time to practise gratitude, self-care, eat well, drink enough water and still maintain some kind of balance! The Head Plan was born by developing my own guided journal method that unlike other journals is guided throughout and makes you not only a better goal-setter but a goal achiever in every area of your life. ”

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
The Head Plan was founded by husband and wife team Ciaran and Denise Kenny Byrne in 2019 after what was the most difficult year of their lives. Just two days after returning home from their honeymoon, Ciaran was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of Leukaemia, and was given just weeks to live. Three years post bone marrow transplant Ciaran is doing well. This time made the couple realise that they, like many others, were prioritising their stressful work lives over their mental wellbeing.
As a qualified Life & Wellness coach, and certified Meditation teacher, Denise developed The Head Plan method as a tool to help herself and Ciaran rediscover what was truly important in their lives. They changed jobs, focussed on practising wellness and gratitude, aligned their priorities, and rediscovered themselves in the process.
