SOREL and Barbour share more than just history - they share resilience, relevance, and cultural weight. Now, for the first time, two icons of weather defiance collide at the crossroads of rain and snow, grit and grace, heritage and progression.

Launching globally for AW25, the SOREL x Barbour collaboration brings together over 180 years of combined craftsmanship, pairing SOREL’s Canadian-born reputation for performance and durability with Barbour’s British legacy of timeless style. The collaboration sits squarely at the intersection of countryside and city, of luxe tradition and fearless design - a union built to endure, inspire and elevate.

The Collection

SOREL x Barbour Callsign Horizon™ Low GTX: Waterproof GORE-TEX Membrane with a lightweight LIVELYFOAM™ midsole, and Vibram™ grip outsole, finished with Barbour’s Classic Tartan.

SOREL x Barbour Daystorm Horizon™ GTX: 100% Leather Working Group certified full-grain leather (waterproof), a tartan tongue, and Vibram™grip outsole.

SOREL x Barbour Caribou Horizon™ GTX: A longstanding SOREL icon is reborn. Corduroy-collared rugged design meets advanced GORE-TEX Waterproof Fabric.

At its core are three footwear styles, each merging SOREL’s heritage craftsmanship and technology with Barbour’s signature minimalism. From GORE-TEX Waterproof Fabric and Vibram™ traction outsoles to proprietary lightweight, comfort technology, each silhouette embodies uncompromising performance, warmth, protection and style.

Completing the capsule is a reimagined take on the iconic Barbour Transport Jacket: the SOREL x Barbour Transport Down Wax Puffer, combining Barbour’s waxed cotton heritage with SOREL’s protection-first ethos. Featuring an 80/20 down fill, corduroy collar and co-branded detailing, it’s designed to carry the collection from storm to street.
