Sustainable activewear brand Universal Performance (UP) has launched a world-first garment which not only contains pioneering odour and bacteria eliminating technology but is made from organic cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres of botanic origin, made from renewable wood sources.
The new cropped sweater is part of the brand’s first organic cotton hybrid collection with all-natural ‘superpower technology’, featuring eco-friendly solution Stayfresh™ which eliminates the bacteria and odours formed naturally from a body’s sweat.
This sweater is super soft, durable, ethically-made and sustainable, featuring thumb holes and is perfect for wearing in the gym, the dance studio and for general leisure wear.
Fabrics made with TENCEL™ fibres are breathable and naturally smooth to the touch. Derived from sustainable wood sources and produced using environmentally responsible processes, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres are versatile and can be combined with a wide range of textile fibres to enhance the properties of fabrics.

This Stayfresh™ technology is Bluesign® approved and is also Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certified, as well as being registered under REACH.
The organic cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell cropped sweater comes in sizes S to XL, in luscious red or midnight blue, priced at £48.
