Food Matters TV launches groundbreaking docu-series TRANSCENDENCE - Live Life Beyond The Ordinary

Transcendence is an inspirational new docu-series from the internationally-renowned filmmakers of FOOD MATTERS and HUNGRY FOR CHANGE. Films that were shared and seen by hundreds of millions of people around the world, on both Food Matters TV and Netflix, ushering in a new era of health and wellness.


With Transcendence, founders of FMTV James Colquhoun and Laurentine ten Bosch, go deep into the inner workings of the psyche to illuminate limiting beliefs and awaken true potential. Through the personal stories of a cast including Novak Djokovic, Wim Hof, Jim Kwik and Gabrielle Bernstein who transcend limitations and truly live a life beyond the ordinary.

Spanning over five episodes, the first features a deeply personal interview with tennis champion Novak Djokovic. Talking about how gluten, dairy and refined sugar intolerances affected his performance, Djokovic shared his believes that a drastic change in diet lead him to being crowned world number 1 at Wimbledon. This episode also explores the link between modern wheat and autoimmune disease and how to optimise your diet to heal your gut conditions naturally.


The following chapters then go into the depths of the mind, drawing on research and interviews by some of the world’s most recognised doctors, health and wellbeing experts including Dr Libby Weaver, ​Mark Hyman, Wim Hoff, Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza ​and Marie Forleo, to name a few.


Just some of the topics explored in the revolutionary docu-series include:

  • How stress suppresses the immune system and alters physiology and how to control anxiety with simple daily habits.

  • What you think, you become. Reprogram your mind with practical strategies to overcome limiting beliefs and change the impossible to possible.

  • Break free from conformity and societal programming to connect with your life's purpose and discover what you are truly capable of mentally, physically and spiritually.
